Lift, Corrective and Preventative Maintenance and Repairs
In addition to being the most efficient and ergonomic method of moving personnel and equipment up a tower, a Service Lift reduces climbing-related injuries and sick leave, thus promoting health and safety. Maintenance of lift boosts turbine uptime.
Corrective maintenance covers maintenance tasks undertaken to identify, repair, isolate a fault in order to restore equipment. Our experienced team will ensure your equipment will return to full efficiency
Beam Renewables performs preventative maintenance regularly on your asset to ensure it performs at its maximum capacity. This approach proactively eliminates failure rates, unscheduled downtime and costly repairs
Inspections
Statutory, Blade, Borescope Technical and HSE Inspections
Beam Renewables specialise in providing a multi-disciplined one-stop-shop for statutory, technical and safety inspections of equipment within wind turbines or equipment used constructing or maintaining turbines.
Our multi-disciplined inspectors are competent to inspect a wide range of equipment in one visit. Depending on the Clients requirements inspections can be carried out by a single inspector or larger teams can be provided to reduce turbine down-time.
Inspections can be combined with a repair service where failed items can be repaired and re-inspected to reduce down-time and prevent increased costs of return visits.
