General Manager
Co-founder and GM of Beam Renewables. His responsibilities includes company’s operations, generating revenue and controlling costs.
He studied Electrical Engineering and Advanced Certificate in Wind Energy. Before joining the OEM side of the wind and Solar energy sector. He work for 8 years within FMCG Engineering sector holding various technical positions. 2013 he joined top OEM’s in Renewable Energy one being CONCO, Siemens Gamesa and Nordex SE where he assumed various positions and roles within the Management. amongst this were roles of Site Manager, Technical Operations Engineer, Local Operations Manager and Project Manager
He is known in the industry as very technical person within the FMCG and Renewable Energy Industry.
Sikhungo Ndandani
Local Operations Manager
Highly skilled with strong Electrical background with over 14years experience in different industries.
With automation industry experience on building Electrical panels, linking the machines with Robotics, being part of Commissioning team, Final testing, Installing the Machine from the plant and give technical support on the Production line.Expanded to a Telecommunications industry for 4 years he led a team of Radio Frequency Technicians for the Site Installation, fault finding and reticulation according to Vodacom, MTN & Telkom standards.
8 years’ experience in Renewable Energy Sector occupied roles, such as Service Technician, Site Lead Manager and Local Operations Manager responsible of 5 Wind farms with a total output of 837MW. Responsible for Planning and co-ordinating service team, maintaining customer satisfaction and cost control.
